AIConversion CRM provides an AI-powered Customer Relationship Management platform including:

• Sales pipeline management and appointment scheduling
• Voice call recording, transcription, and AI-based call intelligence
• Team management with hierarchy-based access control
• Customer management, lead tracking, and follow-up reminders
• Real-time reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Chat group communication tools
• Multi-company and multi-branch management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with or without notice.

When you register a company, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided (company name, GST number, PAN, contact details) is accurate and up-to-date.
• You are legally authorized to register the company and bind it to these Terms.
• You will maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• You will not share login credentials with unauthorized personnel.

Company administrators are solely responsible for managing users, roles, data entry, and ensuring compliance within their organization's portal.

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Upload or transmit content that is illegal, fraudulent, or defamatory.
• Record calls without obtaining legally required consent from all parties.
• Circumvent or interfere with security features of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Use the Platform for spamming or unsolicited commercial communications.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Indian law.

All data entered by your company (customers, appointments, call logs) remains your property. Innoversion Technolab does not claim ownership over your business data.

You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for delivering the Service. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.

By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable fees at the start of each billing cycle.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable GST as per Indian tax regulations.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated in a specific plan's terms.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

The AIConversion CRM platform including its design, source code, AI models, algorithms, logos, and all related intellectual property is owned exclusively by Innoversion Technolab. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform as a subscribed customer.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without our express written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, fail to meet payment obligations, or if required by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Access will cease immediately upon termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innoversion Technolab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Innoversion Technolab's registered office location.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified 14 days in advance via email.
